David A. Tuggle

David A. Tuggle, Sr., attended the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, earning a Bachelor's degree in 1987 and a Law Degree in 1990. Mr. Tuggle is licensed to practice law in Illinois and Indiana. He is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, Indiana State Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimants' Representatives and Vermilion County Bar Association. In 1983, he was selected to the Illinois Governmental Internship Program where he conducted research for proposed legislation.

In 2004, Mr. Tuggle was voted by other attorneys as being in the top 5% of attorneys practicing in the areas of Social Security Disability and Personal Injury. He has also represented thousands of individuals in their efforts to obtain Social Security Disability and Supplemental Security Income benefits and is a member of NOSSCR.

Mr. Tuggle was born in Danville, Illinois and concentrates his practice in the East Central Illinois area. He has contributed to several local organizations including as a board member for the Boys and Girls Club of Danville, Oakwood School Board and Oakwood Community Education Foundation Board. He is married to Sharon Tuggle and they have four children.


Nicholas M. Schiro

Nicholas M. Schiro is a 1985 graduate of Millikin University in Decatur, IL, with a B.A. in Political Science. He graduated from Hamline University School of Law in 1989.

Mr. Schiro is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Workers Compensation Lawyers Association, Ltd., and Vermilion County Bar Association.

Mr. Schiro currently specializes in worker's compensation and personal injury law. He also performs pro bono work for low-income families in uncontested divorces. Mr. Schiro has practiced law in Danville. Illinois, since 1990. He is a third Degree Member in the Knights of Columbus. He is married to Kelli Schiro, and they have three children.



Todd D. Lichtenberger

Todd D. Lichtenberger graduated from Illinois State University in 1986 with a Bachelors Degree of Science in Economics. Mr. Lichtenberger attended Whittier College School of Law in Los Angeles and earned his law degree in 1998.

Mr. Lichtenberger is a member of the Illinois Trial Lawyers Association, Illinois State Bar Association, National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representatives, and Vermilion County Bar Association. He concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury, workers’ compensation, Social Security disability, and medical negligence. He is also a member of NOSSCR.

He resides in Danville, Illinois, with his wife, Jean, who teaches at Northridge Middle School. They have three children, Katie, Kevin, and Kelsie.
